Raw Bar:
- Oysters: fresh on the half shell

Seafood Platters:
- Captain John's Seafood Platter: Crab cake, fried scallops, fried fish, fried shrimp, fried clams, and fried oysters or soft crab (in season)
- Seafood Special: A pound of steamed crab legs, a half pound of steamed shrimp, 6 steamed oysters,or 6 steamed clamsor steamed musscles, 6 fried oysters or 1 crab cake.
- Broiled Seafood Platter: One crab cake, five scallops, broiled flounder, petite imperial crab, and jumbo shrimp
- Island Platter: Choice of 2 of the following: Crab cake, deviled crab, fried oysters, fried fish, fried clams, fried shrimp, and scallops
Seafood Dinners:
- Crab Cake: Two large crab cakes (made according to our old family recipe)
- Soft Crab: Three crabs, lightly battered and fried to perfection
- Crab Leg: Two pounds of hot steamed crab legs
- Imperial Shrimp: Five broiled jumbo shrimp topped with Imperial crab and provolone cheese
- Fried Shrimp: Eight jumbo shrimp lightly breaded and golden browned.
- Lobster Tail: 8-ounce lobster served with drawn butter
- Oysters: Succulent, fresh oysters
- Flounder: Two 8-ounce flounder fillets, broiled or fried
- Deviled Crab: Two deviled crabs, seasoned just right
- Backfin Crab Salad: Crab salad cold plate with potato salad and cole slaw
- Imperial Crab: Our own superb recipe (Two crabs)
- Jumbo Stuffed Shrimp: Three jumbo shrimp overstuffed with our own crab filling
- Steamed Shrimp: Shrimp spiced with the Captain's Secret blend of seasonings.
- Scallops: Large, broiled or fried
- Clams: Large serving of fried clam strips
